Target flow meter are generally used in the following locations:
1.The fluid to be measured must be a Newtonian fluid;
2.The fluid must be filled with the measuring tube of the flow meter;
3.The fluid should be physically and thermodynamically uniform and know the density and viscosity under the conditions of the measurement;
4.There is no phase change when the fluid flows through the flowmeter. To determine if there is a phase change, the gas can be assumed to be an isentropic process for the flow calculation and an isothermal process for the liquid. The flow rate should be constant, or only slightly and slowly changing over time;
5.The pipeline Reynolds number should be greater than 2,000 (different manufacturers may have different boundary requirements).
