The amount of pressure in comparison to standard pressure.
4, atmospheric pressure
The standard atmospheric pressure (1 atm) is 760 mm mercury column.
Refers to a pressure state below atmospheric pressure.
6, detection pressure range
Refers to the sensor's adaptive pressure range.
7, can withstand pressure
When the pressure is restored to the detection pressure, the performance can not withstand the pressure.
8, round trip accuracy
When the pressure is increased or decreased at a constant temperature, the pressure fluctuation value of the operating point obtained by outputting the inverted pressure value is removed by the full scale value of the detected pressure.
When zero pressure and rated pressure are applied at a certain temperature, the value obtained by deviating from the specified value of the output current is removed by the full scale value.
The analog output varies linearly with respect to the detected pressure, but is biased compared to the ideal straight line. The value of the deviation is expressed as a percentage of the full scale value.
11, hysteresis (linear)
The value obtained by removing the maximum value of the absolute value of the difference by the current (or voltage) value of the full scale is the hysteresis.
12. Non-corrosive gases
