New Product-Economic 80G Radar Level Meter


Our company newly developed economic 80G radar level meter, with favourable price and stable and high precision measurement, in order to better adapt to the needs of the market and meet more on-site working conditions.


Compared with ultrasonic level meter, 80G radar level meter can better anti-interference, longer measuring distance, higher temperature resistance, better accuracy.


Compared with the conventional 80G radar level gauge, this economic model adopts plastic shell design, which effectively reduces the cost and can meet more market demand.


Economy 80G radar level gauge has the following advantages:

Narrowest 2.75 ° antenna beam angle, the interference in the installation environment has less impact on the instrument, installation is more convenient, integrated flat antenna design, atmospheric simplicity.

Electromagnetic pulse signal, measurement is not affected by environmental gale.

The core component adopts fully sealed IP67 waterproof design, RS485/4-20mA (3-wire) or 4-20mA (2-wire) communication method to collect liquid level.

The maximum range of the product can reach 40m, and the minimum blind zone is within 6CM. Due to its higher working frequency, larger bandwidth, higher measurement accuracy.

Installation Precautions

When installing, try to keep it fixed, avoid the equipment shaking, and keep the surrounding environment as open as possible.

1、Installation distance from the water surface is higher than 30cm, to ensure that the front of the module (antenna surface) parallel to the measurement of the liquid surface

2、Installation distance from the edge of the tank, pool edge, river dam edge, pool edge is more than 0.5 meters.

3, choose the location of the water surface fluctuation is small to install the module (try not to install in the water injection port, outlet and other water surface fluctuations, the greater the fluctuations in the water surface, the poorer the measurement accuracy).
